Hitler and Jehovah

I had been finding literature by the unBiblical sect, Jehovah’s Witnesses, all over my place of work (Walmart). Since I was finding it in places such as the backroom as well, I knew it had to be placed by an employee. Whenever I found the material, I took it up for myself so I could
1. Learn more about them from their own material and
2. Keep other people who may not know better from reading their material.
Another thing I tried to do was find the employee. After working there for four months, I finally found out who the JW was. They were a door greeter. I wrote them a note telling them that I cared about the faith of everyone I work with and asked them to look up www.carm.org for information on their faith. That was all I could do because we couldn’t have a conversation at the time. Later we were both on break together and I was reading the Jehovah’s Witness magazine Awake! She asked me what I thought about it and we were able to have a brief talk. I asked her a few basic questions about her faith that I already knew the answers to. I wanted her to feel comfortable explaining what she believed. Then I told her a problem I had with her belief system. According to Jehovah’s Witnesses there is no Hell. You would simply be annihilated. I told her that it does not seem right that Hitler gets to simply get annihilated after all the horrible things he did. She did not respond to what I said and simply went on a speech about what she thinks about celebrating Christmas. I think the reason is that we all inherently know that a good God must punish sin. I pray I will have the opportunity to share the gospel with her.

I think many households in predominantly Christian Nations do not openly welcome Jehovah’s Witnesses because their door to door ministry seems designed to mislead the housholder into beleiving the same lies that Satan told in the Garden of Eden.
